"Quite a lot of earlier reviews more or less mirror our experience though from the lack of response from the owner I must only presume they are not overly bothered. As a children’s shoe shop one expects the atmosphere at a bare minimum to be polite and cordial. The woman who served us on 5/3/23 was rude and created a tense and unwanted atmosphere. It is a pity because we like the shoes and it is convenient for us to use this outlet - needless to say we will be looking to alternatives. In summary - there is a serious problem with staff culture in this outlet which gives off a salty atmosphere and is extremely off putting. If you are reading this review and wondering if it’s a good option for you - maybe look elsewhere - that is of course unless you wish to teach your kids a lesson in how not to behave to others - in which case it’s perfect!"
"Absolutely shocking customer service in karrinyup store. Walked in no hello or anything from staff. Went to purchase some shoes for my son and stood at the till for a good 10 minutes .... my partner asked the woman if what was on the shop floor was all they had and she rudely replied yes and walked off . After standing at the till for 10 minutes the lady decided to put someone else's purchase through. Will not go to this store again . First impressions stick."
"Came in during the school holidays and the staff were flat out busy. We had to wait to be served but the service we received was definitely worth the wait. A lovely lady called Leanne sized the girls and made sure the shoes fitted. She was very friendly and knew the product very well. We will definitely be back."
