"Bought a Westinghouse slow cooker last year. Haven't actually used it until recently. Set it on the bench top to see that it is sitting on an angle. Looked underneath to find that two of the rubber feet are missing off the bottom. Very unsafe. Tried to prop it up with something underneath it but really not a good long term solution and just feels really unsafe to leave it, not knowing if it will tip over. Contacted Westinghouse to be told sorry its out of warranty by a few months and we don't supply the missing feet as parts. Ignored the fact that consumer warranty should apply with such a product and it should have a safe life expectancy of more than 12 months. No help what so ever. So I now have to throw this unsafe product in the bin and make sure my new one is NOT WESTINGHOUSE. Terrible customer service."
