"Always a great place to grab a bargain and the staff are always friendly. They have a great selection of second hand furniture, books, clothing, tools, toys, electronics and more at really cheap prices. Only downsides might be that the stock can sometimes be a bit dirty (generally easy enough to clean at home) and that sometimes the DVD cases are empty or have the wrong DVD (so be sure to check before buying)."
"Each year this place loses a star...I am now down to one. I used to be able to purchase some fabulous retro items for coins in my pocket, before they covered it in and turned it into David Jones. Good luck keeping usable products off Landfill. I recently tried to drop off a Retro Dining Table in fabulous condition. Some pimply kid, looked at it and said, "Nah, we wouldn't be able to sell that, turn left at the drive and dump in landfill". I then drove up to the Salvo's Store at Butler, who sell furniture. They couldn't get it out of my car quick enough. Other than dumping old electrical items, I will give this place a miss"
"Had a great time browsing the shelves. Ended up purchasing four beautiful matching wall lights for our gamesroom. Was thrilled with our purchase. Will definitely be back."
"I had read the reviews about the price of things been a bit high for a tip shop, so I was a little apprehensive about going. I went with my kids and did a little toy shop, which was really quite reasonably priced. So maybe it's other stuff that's more steep. I highly recommend going and checking if you can get something here before getting it new, especially toys. I found all the staff super helpful and friendly and I'll definitely be returning."
"Love it, great to browse around and I love the fact that they employ people with disabilities so every cent spent in the place goes to employing some one with some form of disability. The place has certainly cleaned up a lot, I found the prices to be very fair (cheaper than salvos) and the staff really helpful it can only get better now it’s been taken over by Workpower and with luck it will be as good or even better than the other tip shop they have."
