Unfortunately the guy I spoke to about a problem with my purchase was rather arrogant and rude. It's JBHIFI for me from now on. Civility costs nothing, or maybe they should charge it as an optional extra on your invoice."
"Walked around looking for someone to help as we were looking for a cable. No one in sight. I almost got the attention on an older woman who dropped eye contact and kept walking. Finally went over to the fridges and suddenly 3 people converged from thin air. As soon as we said what we were after, one pointed us in the direction and all walked away… Still didn’t find the cable and won’t be bothering with this store again"
"Do not buy TV here, I bought a Sony, I was told I had a warranty.I had a guy come and set it up. worked fine for a week, then it started switching itself off. the person in the store sent a warranty notice to Sony, they sent me a set of instructions I could have got from Google, happened three times, still not fixed. Good guys told me I couldn't return it, they don't do the warranty work, they are not interested, its Sony's problem, why do they sell them if there is no warranty, went to JB hifi, they told me I could legally return it up to three months. Good guys used to be a reputable company under Debbie Lonario, now they're rubbish."
"Effectively I had a very bad experience during my recent purchase. I was having an issue with my banking when the check out person sent me a link for payment. After making the payment I then proceeded to show proof of payment via email, cash account and txt message and they wouldn’t release the goods until it showed on their system and if I took them it would not be ideal. But having proof of purchase they were withholding my goods that I’ve paid for. The manager didn’t realy look interested in investigating further. I have proof of purchase but no allowed to take goods??? I will never return to this business again as this is not the first issue I’ve had with this store. While I was waiting for 1 hour for their system to clear the purchase 10 people returned defective goods and there was 1 legitimate purchase. I did leave with the goods I paid for in fact I was not allowed to have them for another 3 hrs. They disrupted my day, my Buisiness and my trust in THE GOOD GUYS are not good. Shop elsewhere"
"Absolutely disgusting customer service by maddi today in the butler store. She most definitely should not be working with the public. No mannerisms, rude, spoke to me like i was just a waste of time, huffed and puffed and eye rolled at me on numerous occasions, for another staff members mistake, not mine. I had another beautiful team member help me in the end and sort out the issue. After many down grading eye rolls from Maddi. She then asked her colleague what the outcome was and huffed and puffed that I had got my problem resolved. She also discussed me and my issue with the customer she was serving. I ended up leaving the store in tears with my 4 kids in tow. I would like to add that my kids aged 10 - 2years of age have way more respect and manners than this young girl. I was absolutely disgusted and upset that I let a young girl downgrade me like she did and upset me. But we all have our soft days and she’s lucky I’m a nice, too polite person to make a fuss. But I know she will meet her match one day and possibly get fired for the behaviour she had with me today. And she will be the one is tears. I do believe management need to monitor her interactions with customers going forward. I know I would not want an employee treating my customers this way. And leaving my store in tears, in front of their kids. Extremely upset and will refuse to be served by her ever again, if I return to the store. I must say the other staff are all lovely. And I was blown away by this treatment today, by an entitled little madam that needs to learn customer service skills and not be so so rude. Disgusting behaviour. I would be ashamed if my daughter acted this way"
