"After spending thousands at the goodguys over the past year, getting unjustified rudeness and utter sass from a blue haired/ pierced lady is disappointing and leaves a sour note for further business. Luckily the guys in pick up, especially the Lovely strawberry blonde lady, were beyond friendly, helpful and what you would want in a team member! The blue haired chick , take note and get an attitude adjustment."
"So I went looking for a fridge on Thursday, after looking around a while I had a guy called Brodie approach me and offer assistance. At that point I knew what I wanted but proceeded to ask him questions about fridges and his knowledge was definitely quite useful, giving pros and cons on different brands and types of fridges. I ended up getting a LG and he looked it up and found that it wasn't in stock, although he asked for my details to let me know when it was available. I gave my details and he said by Saturday he would call me and let me know when it would be available. The next day Friday he called me and let me know it would be available on the 23rd which I was glad to hear, he also told me that he had sent me a way to pay online so I didn't need to come in. I went back into The Good Guys Cockburn and found Brodie on Saturday and he had everything ready to go and let me know about the delivery schedule and how to organise it as well as an extended warranty. He did an excellent job, knows his stuff and really made me day. Thanks Brodie, keep up the great work!"

Having been upset enough to actually come and post a review - I see our experience is simply in line with everyone else's.
