"Highly annoyed. I took my ring in to get a diamond replaced and when I went to pick it up the first time it had another diamond missing (no notification, no nothing. They expected me to take it like that). They agreed to replace the diamond they lost with no extra charge. A week and a half later I go back to pick it up for the second time and all the diamonds are there... yayyy.... or so I thought. I work in an office so no banging my ring on anything, no major movements, nothing that would cause a diamond to fall out if it was actually done properly. Not even 24 hours later and I lost another diamond. I will NEVER be going back and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Highly disappointed, especially when I was told multiple times that the settings would be checked... obviously not."
