"I came in for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. They have a great selection of polish colours and were able to serve me pretty quickly as a walk in. Very lovely and friendly staff too. However end result was pretty average unfortunately, cost of service ($75) did not reflect expected quality. Fingernails were not shaped very well and cuticles not fully removed - very rushed, pedicure from a distance looks fine but up close polish not applied well and I was cut on one of my toes. They were kind enough to give me a small discount for not getting polish on my fingers though ($5). Also the massage chair was really nice. They had a few regulars come in while I was there so they must do something right, but based on my experience I probably won't go back."
"The staff are very friendly and nice. But they're too busy rushing their work that clients like myself are then dealing with tender/raw cuticles. I won't be coming back simply because im now deing with pain and raw fingernails.. Lovely nails staff - take your time and more care for your clients nails. The $70 I spent, for your services to have this to deal with. Is just disgraceful"
