"Took my hilux to get serviced a few months back and upon return of the car I got half a service, including tyres not even rotated and a nice new dent in the drivers door. Took forever to get a hold of anyone/ took ages to get back to me. Everything got fixed in the end but would not go back and not trust them to even service my pushbike."
