"Most pathetic bike service. You make a booking only to find on the day that its a overloaded first come first serve system. Don't buy a bike and think they will ever be able to service the bike as they promised when you buy."
"Bike has been in the store for "repair" for over two months. Noone calls to update. The only bike repairer works on Mondays. Several messages have been left for him and the manager and noone has gotten back to me. Whenever I call the store noone will answer the phone. I called twice in a row and someone picks up and hangs up so that they don't have to take the call. This is during a weekday when it is not busy."
"Would never purchase another product from anaconda again. Especially the Joondalup store extremely rude staff and will not take responsibility when a product fails and customer is entitled to a warranty. They will make any excuses to not refund a bad product to even go as far as saying we tampered with it. I’m pretty sure a snapped weld in metal would be covered under a standard warranty. Absolutely appalling customer service if I could give 0 stars I would. I advise shopping at bcf stores by far"
"After several 'intensely' negative experiences with the Anaconda Butler balding-bully store member, we have decided to now only visit the Joondalup store---it would be worth the extra drive time. In total contrast to the Butler store, the Joondalup store staff members are incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and they each have a genuine interest in delivering quality customer service. We'll be back to Joondalup each and every time from now on."
"Great range of products We bought a beach trolley great quality reduced from $179 to $99 also a rod and reel combo reduced from $249.99 to $125.00 Good value on the prices . The trolley had a part broken which the staff replaced the entire unit quickly. All over an easy pleasant experience. Great staff too!"
