"This morning I visited Footlocker to return Nike Airforces which was purchased 2 days ago. I was spoken very rudely to from the store manager at Joondalup. Having purchased these expensive shoes not long ago, I put them back in the box once I realised they were not the right size. Just for clarification they were tried on once in an indoor setting too determine sizing. The manager quickly determined that I was not able to return the shoes or even provide me with an exchange for a different size. I had the receipt and the box they came in with me. He kept implying that these shoes were not going too be able to sell if he were too give me a refund. I was expressing how disappointed and upset I was and he kept interrupting me and not listening too me. I think for such a big franchise.. it is a shame that they employ staff who are easily willing too lose a customer and have zero understanding of effectively communicating with their customers. Absolutely awful customer service and I don’t have the desire too return."

"Have tried calling Morley, Karrinyup and Joondalup stores for 45 minutes and no answer in all 3. Extremely frustrating, why bother having a number on google if the call isn’t going to be answered."

"We purchased a pair of Nike Air Force ladies sneakers, we asked for a 10 but were told to take a 9 as they run big. They didn't fit so we returned them. The store didn't have a 10 avail so they said they would call us when they came in - they never called. Then we went back to the store & the said they would order the size 10 & deliver to our house. They never arrived & we didn't receive any communication from the store. 2 week+ later we returned into the store yet again & they had no idea where the shoes were or what was happening - we asked for a refund as this was after 3 trips to the store - 3 too many! They gave a refund but the whole process was awful customer service & we left with no shoes & a desire to never shop at Foot Locker again"

"While looking to purchase red Chicago Bulls Brands I brought a pair of red Nike's. It was a hard decision between the Phantom or Nike's. The venue was spacious well merchandised and neatly organised. The retail staff were on hand to assist immediately something I like when I want more information about quality. I give it a 4star rating for well organised venue."
