"Normally I enjoy this store with lovely friendly staff. One of the ladies when I went in yesterday was lovely and very friendly and welcoming. Because I was undecided at a potential purchase on a sale coat a 2nd sales person was making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked their return policy on sale goods I was left feeling very belittled at her response. I will always go to this store but will certainly not engage with this particular sales person."

Totally Ignored me and almost seemed resentful of my purchase of a gorgeous shirt. Didn't say one word, only the price to pay at register. Perhaps she was having an off day, however, made me feel invisible."

"On Monday 28/02/2022 I went to Jacqui-E Joondalup Strore at 10:11 hours to purchase more work clothes. Usually I am greeted by a very help salesperson - Debbie is excellent & Nicky is also good & happy to spend my usual $800 every 8 months. This day however the lady was rude, ignored me, offered assistance to another customer who arrived after me & left & when I asked for attention she disappeared into the back. This is the last time I will be shopping here. Please see below photo taken as she disappeared round the back. You have lost a regular loyal customer. I will never return again. I wish I could give you a 0 Start Rating because you don't deserve the minimum 1 star!"
