"I was in store today (Sunday 5th of March) and both team members that I encountered were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted almost immediately upon entering the store and both team members checked in with me while I shopped; taking items to fitting rooms for me and just being friendly and warm. "Unhelpful when trying to return items, although it states on the website go to your nearest store, the lady quickly told me she was a full price store and doesn't hold sale items didn't offer to help or provide much information on what to do. Poor customer service and has given me a bad view of the store that I usually love. Why buy online if the shops are unable to support returns."
