"I’ve bought jordan shoes from jd sports joondalup on December 31st 2022. I’ve noticed a defect in one shoe and went back to the shop after 4.5 months to talk about it and had to deal with girl name SARRCHA and she’s hell rude and arrogant person to deal with. I’ve been advised by her if I don’t want these shoes i have to chuck in the bin outside the shop lol. She’s arrogant and miserable person to deal with! I told her i want to talk to someone else and she called other manager name SHAY and she’s really polite and great person to deal with and definitely she did listen to my problem and resolved it at the spot!! I would never go back to the jd sports Joondalup because of SARRCHA"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Was treated terrible by a lady whom I presume to be the manager of the store. she denied sale of a shoe to me that I was buying for my daughter as it was 0.5 size off her size and it was a Nike Air Jordan so she said no. She was short tempered and unhelpful with resolving the solution. From now on I will only shop at Footlocker or Hype DC as their customer service is much better."

"Tragic customer service and soaring prices in comparison to other shoe stores. Staff were quite rude and obnoxious. They chat among themselves, acting like you don't exist and when you go up to them to ask for assistance, there's minimal communication. One staff member, didn't communicate at all when asked for shoes to try on, was a bit aggressive and clearly did not want to serve us. As a customer, felt uncomfortable being there--especially in contrast to Platypus/Rebel/Jim Kidd where the workers are friendly and offer quick customer support. Looking at the store reviews now, I see I'm not the only one with this experience and should have read about the store prior to purchasing. Would not buy from here again and do not recommend."

"Have to really commend the store on their exceptional customer service. Here is my amazing experience. I called the store at 10 am inquiring if they had two pairs of shoes in my size that were on sale. Not only did they have my size, they took my name and put them aside for me. Arriving just after lunch the shoes were ready and waiting in a bag ready to go. In addition they included a free pair of socks as it was my birthday. The staff were super friendly and professional, and it only took me 10 mins to get in and out of the store. I love that JD carries such a wide range of shoes. Thank you all for an amazing experience and I look forward to returning soon."
