"I booked an appointment for my son and needed to book it months in advance as there was nothing available in the immediate future. I received a call at the time of the appointment (not the day before) asking if I was still attending which I advised that as I booked it so far into the future, it had slipped my mind. I apologised however I was still asked to pay full price for the appointment. I can appreciate a cancellation fee, but expecting to pay the full value of the appointment for a simple misunderstanding is an absolute money grab. I will not be returning and I recommend those that are looking for a psychologist to beware."
"Very disappointed again!We saw the young Psychology last year but she couldnt help my boy and didn't give any good advice when my boy had meltdown at school. She replied the suggestion that I was going to give out to you was the same with the class teachers. We were waiting for her to give us the phone call how to handle our boy meltdown in the school but no single phone received. We expecting her can give the other solution to the teachers when needed. So, we called our boy's paedetrician about this and he called me the following day and gave us some advice. This was the first dissapointment. Then, at the beginning of this month, we called to find the new pshycologist and They didn't inform us at all that they moved to the new place so we came very late for the 1st appointment with the new person(10mnt seeing charged full initial price) Today, my boy need to do covid test at lunch time as instructed by our GP. My hubby called the team no one answer and left the message but they called and asked us to do the telehealth. My boy wasnt well as he has fever n cough. That's why is impossible to do telehealth today. Despite of listening to our situations, we still been charged for $97.50 ...This has proven to us that this place is only interesting to make money and never help my boy to improve. so, with today case ..we already double disappointted and will never back. The only reason we choose this place was close to our home."
"Staff are perfectly pleasant & at appointments when you are at appointments - if you can get one. However, booking appointments is an absolute absurd and frustrating experience - the worst Ive encounter to be frank. No matter the time of the day called you end up sitting on hold for 20-45 mins (couldn't tell you how long as every time I gave up after that amount of time or took the option to leave a message on their service). Usually would hold because when leaving a message its 50/50 whether the message will be returned (if it is its then pot luck if a message is left or you just have to look at the missed number). If it is and you miss the call you go through the process again or it is returned 15 mins before closing and then never get through or get left on the hold cycle well after closing time. Most of the time when its returned no message is left and you just have to know the number. To book the initial appointment took three attempts. To book follow ups it has taken no less than 13 attempts to try to book a return appointment. Have given up now and moving on. No online booking system as they want you to call. Hopefully they take the feedback because if this is happening I can't be the only one. REPLY TO REPLY: It wouldn't let me reply to your comment - so just adding on. You may not find a record as we are a blended family so have multiple surnames but I was the original booker so not sure why you can't find me against the record. Anyway, more than happy to contact the office manager - feel free to send the contact details (as I assume you are not stating I try using the same problematic contact number I've had with booking?) I am just providing feedback that it would be ideal to look at the communications systems that may not be functioning as efficiently as they should / could or offering an online alternative to help what I can only assume is an incredibly busy reception.
