"Ridiculously bad. 3 appointments (only went because she is certified for court reports). For every appointment I answered the same questions for most of the time while she wrote everything down verbatim. Not sure why she wrote anything down as I saw no evidence of reference to any notes. Googling for answers is cheaper and more effective. BTW she is so out of touch she won't look at these reviews so feel free to write your own"

"Very comfortable surroundings which made me feel at ease and safe from the start. I have always found Margaret to be extremely professional, calming and very easy to talk to. She has helped me tremendously over the last few months and only wish I had met her years ago."

"Honestly nearly ended my marriage in 40 mins. I stressed through the receptionist that I need Marriage Counseling I am a DVA client. For 40 mins I got asked questions about my physical disability due to my left leg having been obliterated. At 40 mins when she said something about doing hypnotherapy on my leg or for my leg I had enough and the penny dropped. I had to explain that I was there for marriage counseling not myself. Which my wife loved sitting on the lounge that whole time having not been spoken to. For something we needed so urgently and to stuff up over something so simple as to why the appointment was booked. It’s disgusting. Thankfully DVA footed the bill. But the drive home was great. Then I got asked if I wanted to attend a cancellation which I eventually ended up explaining why I would not be coming again to her surprise. She then tried to put me in my place and ask why would I want to go somewhere else now that she knows something about me, what’s that exactly my visible physical injury. You don’t know anything about me. That you can’t fix something in one session well I know that from 5 years of personal counseling. Honestly it’s enough in itself to do your head in. I also found that she was hard of hearing or like my wife tells me I must mumble becaue I had to spell words out and then when I took special orthotic that is in my shoe out she abruptly exclaimed that she knew what an orthotic is. Well why did I spend 5 mins previously trying ti tell you that and spell the word out. It was painful near marriage ending experience. I normally wouldn’t bother with a review but sitting here with covid gives me plenty of time. Thanks for the 1 star service. STAY AWAY."
