One of our key specialties is ear wax suction, which we perform using a state-of-the-art microscope. We also offer non-invasive and drug-free procedures for treating pelvic floor malfunctions. In addition, we provide intravenous administration of vitamins C, B-complex, magnesium, and folic acid to boost immunity and correct nutritional deficiencies rapidly.

Our practice also offers a new non-invasive approach to treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. We provide spinal, sports, and rehabilitative physiotherapy to help alleviate pain and improve mobility. For cases of infections and severe dehydration, we utilize intravenous fluids for effective treatment.

We understand the importance of convenience when it comes to healthcare, which is why we offer extended hours to accommodate our patients' busy schedules. We are open Monday to Friday from 6pm to 8:30am, Saturday from 3pm to 9am, Sunday from 1pm to 9am, and 24 hours on public holidays.

To ensure the best possible care, we encourage our patients to keep us informed of any changes to their personal information, such as address, phone numbers, marriage status, and child custody arrangements. We also offer longer appointment durations for those who require more extensive procedures or consultations.

For our regular patients, we can arrange home visits at the discretion of the doctor, as long as they are within a reasonable distance from our practice. Additionally, we strive to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible for emergencies.

Starting from 1st July 2022, we will be implementing a Mixed-Billing system for consultations, with a small gap fee payable. However, we are committed to keeping your out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum. Please note that we do not provide results over the phone due to privacy laws, so we kindly ask patients to book a follow-up appointment for their test results.

If you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, we recommend contacting the National Coronavirus Health Information Line or visiting a designated Community Assessment Clinic. However, if you believe your situation does not fall under these circumstances, you are welcome to book an appointment with us.

Please be aware that starting from 1st January 2022, our consultation fees will be changing. While we have primarily offered Bulk-Billing services in the past, rising costs have necessitated a transition to Mixed-Billing. However, we have chosen to set our fees lower than the recommended fee schedule to continue subsidizing your healthcare.

To ensure efficient appointment scheduling, we kindly request that patients discuss only one issue during a standard 15-minute appointment. If you have multiple concerns to address, we recommend booking a longer appointment with your GP.

Please note that Bulk-Billing services will continue for patients aged 16 years and under, as well as valid Concession Card holders. Don't forget to bring your current concession card to each appointment to avail of this benefit.
