"I had a simple day procedure on the 6th March 2023. Firstly I want to comment on the noise the staff made on both the ward and the operating theatres.....it was a happy, laughing, jovial 'noise' that also involved the patients in a respectful way making them feel relaxed. It the staff were busy and stressed (and I'm sure they were) they NEVER showed this and I salute them all. Thank you one and all."

"Hi Iam Kerry and I just had my Kidney Stones zap at The Hospital and I could not be any Happier. The Doctors were wonderful and I could not tell you how wonderful the nurses were and a young wards man. Sure they may have been a bit behind and I think people want to understand what pressure these young staff are under. To all the staff that treated me many thanks and you have gave me my life back, Job Well done. I will give you all 5 stares but in my eyes Their is not enough stares to give you. Oh before I go to the ladies in the front desk you were wonderful and made my visit much easer. To these people that complain stop for just a while and think how much stress these people are under and they do there best to serve you. "I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. My admission time was 1:30pm, and I was told not to eat or drink past 7:15am. I overslept and missed my window to have something to eat which was no big deal at the time. Once I was admitted, I was told there was only one other person ahead of me and I wouldn’t be waiting too long. A man came in after me, I had already been waiting roughly half an hour at this point. I overheard the nurses discussing that I would be going next, but then changing their minds and allowing the man who had just arrived to go in first instead. No one communicated to me as to why this was. I ended up waiting over three hours (it then being 4:30pm and I hadn’t eaten or had a drink since 11pm the previous night). Not once did anyone come in to check on me or explain why my surgery was pushed back. After my surgery, everyone was lovely and I couldn’t fault the staff, however I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the way things were handled beforehand. I understand nurses get busy, but I felt as though I had been forgotten about and I don’t think it would have been too much to ask for someone to come and see if I was okay throughout my unnecessary wait as I was becoming more anxious the longer I had to wait."

"I recently attended Nambour Selangor Private Hospital as a public patient for a day procedure and really felt compelled to write a review in regards to my brief stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The nurse taking care of me preemptively took the time to read my file and knew already that I had a fear of canulas from a previous experience, and put my mind at ease. While awaiting my procedure I was greeted with smiles from every staff member, even if they were just passing by. They also have the best anaesthetist (I don't remember his name), I've always had trouble with canulas, but he got the canula in first go and with no pain! I woke up after the procedure feeling great and again the staff took every measure to take care of my needs. Not once did I feel as though I was treated differently being a public patient, and having had my fair share of experience with hospital procedures and surgeries, this was by far the most pleasant of them all. Thank you staff at Nambour Selangor, your hard work has not gone unnoticed! Kind regards..."
