"I don’t often write reviews but in this case I wanted to tell everyone how wonderful Rachel is and to encourage more people to seek help to improve their quality of life. I saw Rachel over a period of six months and she helped me adjust to becoming a step mum and gave me strategies to deal with a difficult ex partner. She also helped me to facilitate good boundaries at home and in the workplace to help me feel more balanced and peaceful. I really enjoyed all of our sessions together.
