"Safe, inclusive and welcoming. Very responsive to emails. All of the clinicians I have dealt with have been professional, kind and supportive. I have engaged in the past and will continue to do so."
"Safe, professional and at the leading edge of support for Neurodivergent people."
"Truly a professional, sensitive and helpful team - both clinical and admin. Can't say enough good things about the place."
"Terrible clinic. We paid over $1000 for my family member to be assessed - it took over 3 months (was meant to take a week) and we were only given it after we paid for another session in order to ensure some kind of deadline. That psychologist had no idea what he was doing - left us confused the entire time. We gave it another go (after a year) with a different psychologist - David Zimmerman who was excellent, but was booked out for the rest of the year. We then proceeded to a third person based on needing weekly or fortnightly sessions, only to be informed after the first session that only monthly is available and that we will be charged more because they are different kind of psychologist. Reception have made a number of mistakes resulting in significant financial losses including no rebate for group sessions. If your child has sensory issues, or you prefer to talk in private be sure to see which room you will go in - a few of them are great, but a few of them above reception are not in the least bit sound proof, so you can hear the full conversation of those next door...and they can hear you! Overall I think the clinic does not have enough staff & the staff they do have are qualified but utterly disorganised. It doesn't seem that the person with ASD is the focus but rather running the business. There are of course some competent staff, but they are by far the exception. Coming here has so far cost almost $3000 and we are left more confused with very little understanding of ASD & zero tools to manage. Disgraceful."
"Had a psychologist called Elizabeth who was the worst service provider I've ever encountered. $1200 for a series of diagnostic interviews and medical report that was riddled with spelling mistakes, basic errors and lack of clarity. If you go here, make sure to ask for literally anyone else."
