"i've been seeing dr yoong my whole life but now as a teenager i've started going alone without my mum and i feel like he doesn't take my concerns very seriously. i'm trans and he often uses the wrong name and pronouns, and i know it can be hard to remember but on more then one occasion he's done it immediately after i've corrected him. he also didn't seem to believe me when i said i think i have adhd and sort of brushed it off for a few visits before writing a name and number on a piece of paper for a doctor to speak to about it who has quite a few bad reviews, more so then good ones and now i'm left to find another one. he's also sent me to get three different blood tests relating to my transition, none of which he's spoken about when i go in to see him for the results. i don't want to put a bad name on him but he just seems worse and worse each time i visit, to the point where i feel like i have to start bringing in my mother again just for him to listen to me even though it makes me uncomfortable with her there."
