"Love Dr Buttini, have been a patient for 15+ yrs and referred several friends/family to her not just for her expertise but for her warmth and compassion however, like others have noted, the receptionist is extremely unpleasant and I am finally at the stage where I have had enough and will be going elsewhere because of this. I don't know why this person has to be SO rude both on the phone and in person. Does every interaction have to be like she's having the worst day of her life?!!!!"

"I have had previous experiences/procedures with Dr Buttini and found her extremely warm and empathetic. Having recently tried to connect for further advice my experience with the reception/receptionist has been extremely poor, trying to make contact was difficult (10 min waits, no answers to calls, no response to email and then the phone put down or passive aggressive answer messages that are unnecessary) when I eventually got through I felt like a total inconvenience spoke to in a very rude way. Dr Buttini, please get some support people who will advocate for the great service I know you offer!"

"Dr. Buttini is lovely, but unfortunately the administrative assistant who answers the phones and you have to deal with before your appointment is incredibly rude and condescending. I have canceled my next appointment based solely on my experiences with the woman behind the desk. Never in my life have I encountered such blatant rudeness in this type of setting. For a practice that deals with women who might be struggling with health or fertility issues, there is no place for that kind of behaviour. Her dismissive attitude and patronising tone had me in tears after just making a Telehealth appointment! And when I called to explain why I was canceling my appointment and tried to explain to the woman how she made me feel, she had the audacity to tell me she found that offensive. Mind blown. I had my GP refer me to Eve Health and the staff is beyond kind and patient. They make you feel heard and like your health is their priority, not an inconvenience. No matter how wonderful Dr. Buttini is, I could never return to her office."
