"Cathie one of the head receptionists is extremely unprofessional and rude to allot of patients including people with severe mental health disorders, I can't even count the amount of times she has caused my partner to be a danger to herself due to how rude she has been. It's not to everyone either, she's kind to the elderly and picks and chooses who she wants to me nice to. Somebody needs to sack that woman before she causes a suicide"
"Receptionists discuss private and confidential information about patients. Malpractice from clinic doctors, doctors being involved in malpractice audits and spreading information about how bad the doctors are at their jobs. Extremely unprofessional and harmful to the clinic."
"Dr Kent is a wonderful, caring and very supportive Dr when you need it most.The best doctors, also Dr Wilson is also wonderful, caring both very intelligent, and funny, (in a good way) and listen and care, both doctors extremely intelligent and help as much as they can, always listening and getting things worked out, I had a desmoid tumour and Dr Wilson did not give up, knew more than the specialist, the receptionists help there best too, Thank you Dr Wilson and Dr Kent for helping me and my family, I have been going there since I was about 13, I'm now 49, great Drs and thank you Kellie Brand"
"The doctors are wonderful and so are the receptionist it is the nurse that works there who is horrible, nasty and rude to patients and should not be working with people! You cant even put a complaint in because you would have to complain to her. I saw her abuse another patient because she couldnt explain something properly and the patient got confused(wasnt agressive or rude) absolutely disgusting behaviour"
