If you are feeling unwell and experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, cold, or a sore throat, we recommend arranging a telehealth appointment with one of our General Practitioners. If necessary, a safe face-to-face consultation will be arranged for you.

For individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 and require antiviral treatment, we encourage you to confirm your eligibility for oral antiviral treatment at the Department of Health and Aged Care.

In the case of a medical emergency, please call 000 for an ambulance or visit your nearest emergency department. Alternatively, you can seek advice by contacting 13HEALTH or arrange for an after-hours home visit from a GP by calling the National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25.

Please take note of our new fee structure, effective immediately. All new patients will be required to pay $80 AUD for their initial appointment, which will be a standard 10-minute consultation (Medicare item no 23). Subsequent appointments will be bulk billed, except for Sundays.

Starting from January 2023, all Sunday appointments will be privately billed as they are considered after-hours consultations. Please refer to the fee table for applicable charges on Sundays, which will be in effect from 22nd January 2023.

Annual vaccination is highly recommended for all individuals aged 6 months and over to prevent influenza and its complications. It is never too late to get vaccinated, as influenza can circulate throughout the year in the community.
