"We went up there today (4/7/23) to see about getting the frames on my wife's glasses fixed. She had purchased them elsewhere but the business changed hands and the new owners did not want to honor the warranty. Anyway I have to say that the staff at Eyecare Plus, Karalee were simply stunning. Not only did they sort out the warranty claim for us, one of the staff noticed that my glasses did not fit me properly and fixed them for me. I had not even asked for this and would not have dared ask for it. But i am very glad her did it. I am an old man now and over the course of my life I have seldom met such service. I will be needing new glasses soon and I will certainly be going there. I will also be recommending the place to all my friends."

Spotted the samples of frames in the window of store and went in. Staff are so welcoming and professional.
