"Hi Manager or Owner This after noon at 3:30-3:45pm on 18/08/2023 Sartusday , my staff has accidents cut her face deeply at work in Buderim and I checked on the google to find the nearest medical center opening walk in to get the stick asap. Your centre ad we can walk in without booking. When I get in the old lady receptionist asked me have I booked yet bc the centre was full booked and she can’t get me in. This is the emergency case need to solve first as the doctor role. She should ask can they check first before she refused treatment. I asked her is it the medical centre? She said yes, not ED centre. I need to go ED? I asked her if you or your daughter has car accident-do you book to get treatment? It is horrible. I write the story here for you know that we should take care your customer’s in the case you can do than the rules-not the medical rules. Doctor has to help and recuse people first."

"I went with my daughter who needed X-rays on her foot. We waited 30 mins with no communication of the wait or when we would be seen. After 30 mins I spoke to the receptionist and mentioned that I had to collect my daughter who was coming out of school and wanted to come back. There was no apology about keeping us waiting and after some discussion I was told they would call me back if it was possible to return to see the doctor. They did not call back. When we called them back 30 mins later - we were told the they would not see us. So disappointing I could have gone to another practice and we have missed out seeing a doctor today. I would NOT recommend them. Their receptionists are also incredibly rude."

"This isn’t my usual clinic, my usual Dr who I love wasn’t available so I had to book here. After my appointment yesterday with Dr Van Nguyen I was shocked this is how other drs treat patients… I was curious so I looked at the reviews on here and I wasn’t the only one clearly that was treated poorly. Obviously the feed back this clinic has received from countless people has done nothing to improve the treatment of patients. Whilst I was waiting for my appointment I over heard the receptionist on the phone to a patient demanding a refund… already a red flag. I was only waiting around 15minutes for my appointment but I’ve never felt so dismissed by a dr before, ever. I went to the clinic with pain in my left arm and chest, which had me pretty concerned. The dr attitude was just strange and like he couldn’t care less about what I was even saying. He got the nurse to an ECG on me which came back normal so he just told me to take Panadol for the pain and sent me on my way… I was charged $98 for the appointment and left with no further investigation as to why I’m getting chest pain and pain in my left arm. I’d advise anyone to go to another practice. Don’t waste your money going here. On a positive note the nurse and receptionist were absolutely lovely. Would’ve rather had booked an appointment with the nurse."

"This is a clinic that clearly cares very little about their patients…….. went in because of lower abdominal pain when exercising, I’m a boxer and high intensity athlete which I told the doctor and he didn’t seem to think that was relevant. I notified the doctor that I thought it was runners stomach which is common among athletes, he stated he never heard of it… the doctor sent me in for an ultrasound, went in for the ultrasound at a different clinic i was referred to it went fine, the clinic stated my doctor would have the results back in 24 hours and I got the scans sent to me myself in 45 mins no issues, there were spots that were circled so I know a problem is present. 4 days later nothing, tried ringing the clinic 16 times and was not even put on hold just repeatedly hung up on without letting the phone even ring out. Disgusting, this is not Starbucks coffee it’s a medical clinic, and not a bulk billing one at that. I should not have to ring you back for my results as is, let alone be ignored multiple times, all the reviews I’ve read have been similar and the clinic never says I’m sorry or admits they are at fault, absolutely shocking. Still in pain and none the wiser but they definitely charged me no worries. Guess I’ll have to take more time off training till they feel like taking 5 mins to contact me. So to summarise, I was charged a full consultation rate, I was given a five minute examination, I was referred to someone else, I’ve waited almost a full business week for feedback that would take a max of five mins on the phone. Rang the clinic myself to be blatantly hung up on by reception 16 times over the span of two hours of trying prior to this review, I’m not one to write many bad reviews I’ve done maybe three In my lifespan but these guys don’t even try to seem like they care. I’ve just got off the phone with the clinic after trying again for another full hour, the scan apparently came back with nothing and I was recommended another consult. I was told that was standard practice, to my understanding standard practice would be ruling out the other options in the first consultation considering it can go for 30 mins and I was there a maximum of 5 and if there was more to be done it just makes more logical sense to do it first . The clinic is just blatantly trying to get more consultations at the patients expense."
