Simon Beagley, a Brisbane physiotherapist and the owner of Alpha Physio, is committed to providing the highest level of care. He obtained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, is a member of the Australian Physiotherapists Association, and is a published author on Paediatric occupational therapy.

At Alpha Physio, we focus on getting to the root of the problem rather than providing quick fixes for your long-term health. We take a complete history of your injury or complaint to provide a holistic treatment plan. Our therapists stay updated with the latest advancements, treatment techniques, and technology to ensure that you receive the best care possible.

During your initial appointment, which lasts for 30 minutes, we will take a full history and assessment to accurately diagnose your injury or condition. You will also receive a comprehensive treatment plan for recovery. Subsequent appointments are also 30 minutes long.

Our experienced physiotherapists will discuss your condition with you, examine you, make a diagnosis, and provide you with a detailed explanation of your condition. We focus on treating the root cause, not just the symptoms. Treatment will be provided, and further visits will be discussed if necessary.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows the physiotherapist to assess you and your injuries. Bringing any relevant x-rays, scans, or medical information to your appointment is also helpful.

At Alpha Physio, we love helping NDIS participants improve their lives. We offer in-clinic treatment, gym and hydrotherapy rehabilitation, and home visits for self or planned managed participants.

Our physiotherapists are available from 7:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays and from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. Our admin team is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays, so we recommend calling during these hours if possible.

If you have a valid care plan from your doctor, there is no additional fee. This also applies if you have a valid WorkCover, DVA, or CTP claim, or if you have an NDIS plan.

We also offer dry needling, a procedure that uses acupuncture needles within a western medical model to reduce pain. Our certified physical therapists administer this procedure with specialized knowledge and training. If you're interested, please ask your treating physiotherapist.
