"Had a phone consultation with Nadia about a month ago, she advised to send through picture of face, did that and no response. She’ll probably reply to this 1 star review saying she never got the picture but since I’ve already had my consultation, shouldn’t she follow up and at least ask me, hey did you manage to send that photo yet? Not a great way to do business and leaves you feeling so insecure about yourself!"

"As another has stated, no written after care instructions or pack. All verbal. Tried to tell me I had rosaca on the day. I'm middle aged and going through menopause. She zapped me unexpectedly while I was talking. She actually lifted up the device and placed it abruptly on my face. No warning. Initially rescheduled initial appointment to suit her own convenience, and make out it was at my request. Had me waiting 10 minutes, only to rush me through. Skin worse, most capillaries treated came back. I spent $700, had several passes, and have nothing to show for it. Deeply regret going to her."

"Do your own research if you are getting BBL Hero or any treatment from them. They didn’t send me any pre-treatment information and post-care information pack which is so important to know for skin treatments. They said there’s no downtime for BBL Hero treatment but my forehead got laser burns after and it was so itchy and red for weeks. After I got my treatment the lady said she will send me an after-care info but I didn’t receive anything. There was no difference with my skin even weeks after the treatment. I feel like it actually only got worse."
