"The short version: No more pain, and I'm back doing what I love, all thanks to Trent from Pack Health. The long version: I have been inline skating for over 25 years, however over the last few years I had been getting repeated back pain. Sometimes it would last a week of pain, others it would last weeks of pain. That was until 9 months ago when things took a turn for the worse and the pain became unbearable. Doctors results were that I had a severe L5 S1 disc protrusion pushing into my sciatic nerve, which was causing immense pain from my back and down my legs for months.
