We understand the financial aspect of healthcare, which is why we offer bulk-billing for children under 16 and existing patients with concession cards (pre-2023 patients). However, please note that there may be out-of-pocket expenses for certain services, and Sunday appointments may have higher fees. All concession card holders, including children, will have an out-of-pocket cost of $30.

Caroline, a University of Glasgow graduate, has been practicing medicine since 2003 and specializes in general practice. Jim, originally from South Africa, completed his medical degree at the University of Cape Town in 2007 and has interests in minor surgery, joint injection, dermatology, and internal medicine. Dr. Mark, with over 12 years of experience, is skilled in all aspects of general medicine and is fluent in Thai. Neha, who completed her medical training at Queen Mary's University in London, has a keen interest in pediatrics, family medicine, antenatal care, breastfeeding, women's health, and preventative medicine. Dr. Matthew Sheehy, a Brisbane-born GP, deals with a wide range of non-procedural patient health problems and has a particular interest in elderly and migrant health.
You can find us conveniently located in the Murrumba Downs Shopping Centre at the southern end of Dohles Rocks Road. As you enter the car park, we are situated immediately to your left, near Jetts Gym.

"We're relatively new to the area and looking for a new local GP Clinic. The front staff were helpful and pleasant and had an appointment with Dr Sheehy. He had to be one of the rudest Dr's I have ever seen. My step-son was quite ill (and getting worse) after 6 days with Influenza and before even examining him, he asked us 4 times why we were even there "because all of these symptoms are from the flu". He was very patronising, and after actually examining him, realised he did have a secondary infection and needed antibiotics, oral steroid and ventolin. We may try a different Doctor but definitely won't be seeing him again as I was quite upset when we left."
"Such a great GP practice. Reception staff, nurses, doctors.. all need to be commended on their great care for patients. They are efficient and knowledgeable. They always ensure any follow ups occur as well as ensure referrals actually make it to where they need to. Have had dealings with Dr Mark and Dr Jim both of which never rush you are are able to offer well balanced, holistic advice. The nurses are great at vaccinations also!!! Thank you team!"
