For your convenience, we have a QML pathology collection centre onsite, making it easy for you to get the necessary tests done without having to go elsewhere. Our collection centre is open from 9am to 12pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and closed on Wednesdays.

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to get through to our phone lines, so we have provided an alternative number for you to make an appointment if needed. Simply call 0423 831 523 and our friendly staff will assist you. We kindly ask that you save this number for future reference.

Please note that there may be additional fees for certain medicals and procedures. For more information, please speak to our reception staff who will be happy to provide you with further details.

We also kindly request that if you no longer need your booked appointment, please cancel it with at least 2 hours' notice. Failure to cancel appointments will result in a $40 Did Not Attend Fee, which will be charged to all patients, regardless of Concession Card Status. By cancelling your appointment, you allow other patients to re-book and ensure that our resources are used efficiently.

We understand that the rising costs of running a general practice can be challenging. As a result, we have introduced a gap fee for some patients.
