"VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I tried to make a telehealth appointment as I am extremely too u well to leave the house & drive to the appointment, they told me that I haven't been into the surgery for 12 months so I HAD to come into the appointment even though I have had many telehealth appointments recently. When I emailed them to ask why, I got no response & they just decided to cancel my appointment without telling me so I was left waiting by my phone for ages waiting for the call. I need a medical certificate for my job which i was unable to supply. A simple reply would have been appropriate & professional."
"My family and I have been incredibly fortunate to have The Courtyard Family Medical Centre as our local GP practice. I've lived in the area for 20 years, and have been an existing client for almost 10 years. Personalised medical attention for 3 sons through out primary and secondary school, and myself a single busy working mother. Honestly when I walk into reception I feel like I'm home. Greeted, made felt welcome and no matter how long I wait, believe me it's well worth it. Dr Jip, has incredible recall and knowledge on any topic , aliment, or be it cry for help. He's our confessor, confidant, and soothsayer over the years. Not mention warmth, understanding, and Genuine care. Enough said ! All the Drs here are in tune, up to date and more than generous with their time and advice. Special shout out to the hard working Admin staff, that get buffeted in the storm that is Reception...dealing with so many requests....Nurses and Pathologist, all thoroughly professional. Thankfully we are able to access World Class Care at this practice"
"A great family practice with Drs that listen. Yes the wait times are sometimes a little long BUT reception staff are wonderful and the 3 male drs I have seen with my sons have been excellent. Very good for teenage boys making, them feel at ease before they discuss their ailment."

"Concerning that there are so many low reviews here, and I suspect (given the replies to them) they were never actually patients. I've been going to Courtyard Family Medical for about seven years or more, and I've seen at least half a dozen different doctors there in that time. Every one of them have been wonderful - particularly, of the current doctors, Dr Neeraja and Dr Shiva. I moved to the other side of the city a year ago and have had consistent troubles finding a good GP. Giving up, I travelled an hour and a half to return to Courtyard to find out that they had recently ceased bulk-billing, were currently short-staffed, and were running about 40mins late. Despite all that, the nurse was lovely, and Dr Neeraja was a great help, as always. Even on a bad day, this place is streets ahead of every other practice I've visited since I moved. Incidentally, if you have a complaint about the bedside manner of any of the GPs here, please see a doctor at your earliest opportunity, as there is clearly something wrong with you."
