"I know the benefit of a good GP and am very grateful to have found Dr Burge. She’s amazing and I would pay anything to see her. The downside is, every time I book an appointment I get harassed by the reception with phone calls to confirm my appointment. I always confirm my appointment via the App and have never not shown up. yet reception calls me 3-5 times per appointment, every time. Even if I’ve spoken to someone the calls don’t stop until I’ve had my appointment. This time I got a call at 6:30 am in the morning to confirm I’m attending my 1:30pm appointment. Super inappropriate time to be calling someone at that time and very disruptive. What ever happened to business hours?"

"All the doctors are wonderful & go above and beyond. Dr Gillian is absolutely wonderful with babies & children. Dr Hackney is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to physical health & injuries. They will try to get to the bottom of things rather than writing scripts and pushing you out. Administration & nurses are always absolutely lovely and full of knowledge. Couldn't be happier with this clinic! Highly recommend."
