Reviews
"The staff from the transit lounge to the radiation clinic are all wonderful and very friendly. Wheel chair access is great. Language is not a problem. Snacks or lunch is given in the transit lounge if you want them. The toilets are sparkling clean."
"At the Emergency department after my Daughter was in an MVA and I have a strong dislike for hospitals as they have always seemed so cold and clinical. What a surprise to see very helpful team from reception to Nursing and support staff. Smiles all round, mood in general was high. A real pleasant surprise. Nurses and Drs explained everything in a way that was easily understood. It's changed my opinions about hospitals"
"The hospital and staff are exceptional. Have stayed there before and would stay there again. Only negatives are the food isn't nearly as good as STARS or TPCH and the cost of parking at the attached privately run carparks is astronomical."
"RBWH has great surgeons but ward 7a is a mixed bag of some great staff especially the physio team they are awesome, but most staff just do the bare minimum and sometimes not even that which made my 3 day stay a regrettable experience. I guess the redeeming feature is that my surgery was a success and I am healing quicker than expected. I would have rated the hospital higher apart from the13 month wait which has left me addicted to some serious prescription drugs and that will be the hardest part of the healing process. Such a shame that there are so many good people there but they are over run by the couldn't care less brigade !"
