"2 years on and I still get so upset thinking about this. I’ll give a 4 star because it’s a really good hospital to have a baby in. The drs and staff are fantastic BUT be careful or stay clear of a midwife with initials G.K. as I feel this person is uneducated and very unprofessional in midwifery. Giving false medical information about our newborn baby and scaring us to the point where we are still left traumatised. Get the facts straight before you give out the wrong medical information. I would hate for someone else to experience what my husband and I did with this particular person. Hopefully she’s retired now!"
"All the staff here are the most friendly and caring I have ever come across. Right from admissions staff, nurses, surgical teams and meals team. They all made my relatively short stay a nice experience. Highly recommend North West Private"
"I had my birth in NWPH and my experience was beyond amazing. The midwives and the specialists took care of me and my baby throughout our stay. They were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. During my labour, my Obstetrician Dr Suvi and the midwife, Vanessa brought my baby in this world successfully and skilfully. They were both very wonderful people. The catering team also did a great job from cooking to serving delicious and nutritious food. The hospital is clean and tidy, thanks to the cleaners. I highly recommend NWPH and I will definitely come back again if I happen to give birth again."

"Gave birth back in November, my whole experience was fantastic. The nurses were so very lovely, food was great and I felt super supported. Paid out of pocket and 100% would do it again, so worth it for the experience. A super special thanks to a few of our lovely nursing/ midwife team: Holly, Emily, Sophie, Krystal and Justine. They reassured me and helped me out every step of the way, Justine even helping me out with doing an LC session when she wasn't actually doing an LC shift and reassuring me the day of discharge. We will definately be back. Charlotte, Andrew and I thank you."
