"Waited for nearly a year to receive the replacement of Blue connect plus under warranty claim. After numerous calls and long wait, I received a text message to confirm the installation will be scheduled within 5-10 days. Chased up again after one month without news and only to be told they cancelled the booking because they don't provide installation. Customer service is none existence and the whole process was stressful. Avoid any cost to deal with this company and it's product. A formal complaint has lodged to the office of fair trading thereafter."

"Customer service matches their poor quality products with the MPV of my sand filter failing after 30 uses, naturally out of warranty with their customer support clearly not interested with their substandard quality parts with numerous complaints logged and simply closed with no return."

"worse service ever - been waiting weeks for our equipment to be fixed , lady on the phone through customer service rude as & cold could not even find our job & then she says I have been here longer enough to know what i am doing & you have no job with us - then all of a sudden she finds the job in the system after arguing with her & she admits it has been over a month that we have been waiting and then she puts me on hold and then I get hung up on - I ring back then get told a technician will call you , I get the same response every time we ring up every week been well over a month now - this job is under warranty and had the same issue repaired several times under warranty - We Wonder if they are waiting for the warranty to end - this is the 4th time for the same issue - whenever it gets fixed again that is . feel they need to fix this issue properly once and for all or give a new equipment"

"The absolute worse service and customer support imaginable. Have a read of the review for astral pools as well, as this company took them over- service is even worse. I’ve had an outstanding warranty claim for over 1 month, 3 different people dealing with it [I’ve had 6-7 warranty claims on numerous products] and its impossible to actually get anyone to take ownership and get this fixed. If you actually do get a hold of someone, they’ll do their best to get out the warranty claim. Read other reviews before getting involved with products from this company"
