"If -5 was an option it would be that. This service only delivers goods Mon-Fri within work hours. Then when contacting them to organise picking it up knowing it is at the depo, they tell you that you have to wait 2-3 days. If you are urgently requiring your item you are screwed. They also do not call you back and the whole process can turn into a mess. I would not recommend using this service unless you are getting the item delivered to your work address."
"Their official tracking website is down. I just checked a third party website and found the shipment history saying they attempted a home delivery. My only chance to catch the parcel at home is gone. As expected, they came and "virtually knocked". And they did not leave a card. Now I have to drive to the Airport to pick it up, and that is if I am lucky to catch it before they send it back to you! Or even worse, misplace the item and them spending a couple of days trying to locate it. That is a couple of days hunt now."

"Absolutely shocking service. They collected from seller on 24 November. I contacted them after not receiving the parcel - even though their depot is only about 15kms from me. Said they don't deliver to Post Office boxes. No one bothered to contact me for my home address, even though my phone number was on the consignment note. Phone calls go to the Philipines - not even in this country. NOT HAPPY"
