ConXion Airport Shuttle Check In Counter (Domestic) Brisbane Airport, Queensland 4008

"First of all I would give Tom the driver 5 stars! He was on time, friendly and down to earth! A real pleasure! Give this man a bonus and a pay rise. The only gripe I have ( very minor), was I booked the pickup the night before but when I arrived and tried to click on the link to see where the bus was ( tracking its location) it didn’t work an error message came up. I called the phone number and got through to a lady who checked things out for me and said it was all still scheduled. 5 minutes after this call, the tracking link worked. The minivan was clean and tidy, I guess they could be a few more sign posts ( upon arrival) but a little bit of walking and I found the pickup area."

"Do not use Con-x-ion. Shuttle failed to arrive at 3.00am for airport. We found out later they came early and emailed the day before but we missed the email as checked at 3.30pm and they sent the notice later that day. They had our phone number but didn't text us. We had to get a taxi and cost $315.00. Have emailed them twice but no response. Called twice but can't speak to anyone in Customer Services... appalling service"

"Not reliable. My plane was late by 5mins so missed my bus, was told by a driver who was going to the Gold Coasts I was going to Surfers paradise that one going to Surfer Paradice would be coming in about 20mins but each one that came wasn't going to Surfers. Had to wait 2hrs before finally one to my destination came. Not happy, eill take the Airtrain next time"

"I travelled from Brisbane airport to Noosa on Saturday night and the service was great. The bus stop was very close to the arrivals gate and the map with the guide they sent me was really helpful. The driver was super friendly and respectful."

"I'd read lots of poor reviews for this outfit but thought I'd give them a chance. The website won't accept addresses for the domestic airport terminal or the new cruise terminal and an email query resulted in the instruction to ring. So I did, from New Zealand, and whoever answered hung up on me. So turns out the poor reviews were spot on!!!"
