"After weighing up all the expenses to get a bike form Ipswich to Rockhampton it was clearly easier to transport the bike. I used Bikes Only when at Harley and it was a no brainer to use them privately. Picked up the bike, stored it and dropped off to local depot here in Rocky. The service is just as good if your a private individual or a Bike shop. Only guys to use in my opinion. Real professionals."

"The booking process was very easy to use and initial comms were also very good. There were no comms to let me know when the bike was picked up and I had to rely on the seller to let me know. I think this would be a good easy improvement to implement particularly given I bought the bike unseen. I did contact them and they did advise it wasn't a normal practice but all was well. Delivery comms were very good and delivery was very good. A mirror did get broken during transit by accident and they responded immediately and let me know and did the research to replace the mirror with a new set. They also sent me a temporary replacement set express post as the originals had a 4 week lead time. New mirrors arrived as expected. I would definitely recommend to use these guys and would hope they take on the easy improvement suggested."
