Founded in 2014, our Pink Lotus Family Day Care Scheme was established with a clear mission: to provide parents in the North West Melbourne areas with the best home-based childcare service for their children. We understand the challenges of juggling both a career and family life, and we are here to make the process of finding reliable and trustworthy childcare easier for you.

At Ly Family Day Care Service, we go above and beyond to ensure that our family daycare educator members have the necessary experience and disposition to be exceptional caregivers. We carefully review applications, conduct thorough interviews, and select only the best candidates to join our team.

We currently provide childcare services in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, including Maribyrnong, West Footscray, Maidstone, Sunshine, and St Albans. However, we are continuously expanding our scheme to include the Northern and Eastern suburbs as well, with the recruitment of high-quality educators. Currently, we have educators available in the Dandenong to Springvale area.

As part of our coordination role, our agency conducts monthly house support visits to our educator's premises. These visits ensure that our educators receive ongoing support and guidance, and that the care provided to your child meets a high standard. Additionally, our educators participate in quarterly professional training and meetings, keeping them up to date with industry standards, fostering idea sharing, and supporting their work-life balance as home-based educators.

We are proud to be a CCS Approval care agency with the Australian Government. This means that our childcare service is partly subsidized by Centrelink, and you may be eligible for up to 85% of your childcare fee with us.
