"If I could give 0 stars I truly would! I’ve waited a while to post my review in hope that AMIGA head office would of reached out to me by now, I’ve been waiting since December 2022. Please be AWARE of this daycare in Wollert, my son attended for 2 months when he was 7 months old and it was the best decision ever to withdraw him from this dreadful place. The staff that look after babies have taken no accountability for their lack of care and communication. My son hit his head he had a huge red mark, when I picked him up and, the two daycare teachers had no idea how he got the red mark, they quoted “maybe he hit his head” maybe it was carpet burn”. That following evening my son was throwing up the whole night, as a first time parent you can imagine the thoughts going through my mind, in the morning I called the daycare up demanding an answer and, I was THEN informed 24 hours later that, YES my son did hit his head!!! After a few heated conversations with the centre manager, she then checked the cctv and at THREE points during the day my son seemed to of lost balance however, their camera was out of viewing range! They also never even wrote an accident report form, I had to chase them for it on multiple occasions!! This also happened on a few other occasions the paperwork was to much for their staff to handle!! I have so MANY other things I can write about but, my first point is the most important for people to be aware of. It’s such a shame because I had such high hopes for this place but, unfortunately I’ve experienced every parents worst nightmare! I have now taken my complaint further as, I would feel guilty if this situation happened to another family and something even worse happened!"

"Our daughter is just a baby and we were really concerned that it would take a long time for her to adjust to the new place. However, it only took a few days for her to start being comfortable and enjoy coming at Amiga Montessori. She also likes the food there as in the app we can see that very often she has full serve meals. Really recommend this place!"

"My little one loves it here after only starting a couple weeks ago soon after the centre opened. Staff are lovely and know what they’re doing. My child’s favourite part is definitely the outdoor equipment."
