"Constant account admin issues at this centre that are ongoing. Area manager calls you back on a private number, never replies to email. It's pretty hard to get anywhere. The new owner refers you to the old owner and vice versa. Today, we received a letter from MyGov saying our son's enrolment has ceased. That's news to me. Can't process a payment to save themselves and we're actually full fee and they still can't debit correctly. It's incredible and I'm tired of contstantly reaching out to correct issues and getting no where. As a current parent, I wouldn't recommend the service. My advice - find a centre that is not part of a large chain/ franchise. It's a shame as the actual educators (that are left) are great."

"I really enjoyed working in genius in Sandringham, I loved working with all of the fantastic staff in this centre, the amazing children and their beautiful families but unfortunately I could no longer continue working here due to constant issue’s with our payment either being under paid hours each fortnight, or being told their bank’s schedule maintenance on our pay day and being expected to wait day’s for money to come through. I am also still waiting to be paid my superannuation fund of over $1800 and still being ignored by payroll and management, none of the staff have been paid their super fund which is unacceptable and we have been forced to go public with this information. I have had to contact the ATO and I am still waiting since October 2022 for this money to be paid so it is very unfortunate that this was my first working experience when I arrived to Australia! As much as I loved this centre I would not recommend working with genius childcare."
