Our Centre Director, Leisa Dzikov, has over 22 years of experience in the early learning sector, with 19 of those years spent as a Centre Director for Goodstart. Leisa is passionate about delivering a high-quality learning program that allows children to reach their full potential.

As a parent of two children herself, Leisa knows the value of building positive and respectful relationships with families. She is committed to creating a warm, comfortable, and relaxed environment where both parents and children can feel a sense of belonging.

At Goodstart Keilor Village, children are at the heart of everything we do. We prioritize their best interests and strive to provide high-quality care for them and their families. We believe that collaboration between families, educators, and children is key to creating the best opportunities for each child.
