About the Business
Welcome to Noriter Bilingual Early Learning, a warm and inclusive establishment located in Clayton South, Australia. Our institution is dedicated to providing a joyful and engaging learning experience for children, allowing them to explore and interact with the world in playful ways.
Noriter, which means "playground" in Korean, reflects our belief in the importance of play in a child's development. We strive to create a learning environment where everyone feels valued and respected, fostering a sense of belonging and community among families and educators.
Our commitment to inclusiveness has been recognized as exceptional, with a respectful and sensitive approach that promotes a culture of inclusiveness for all children, families, and the community. We are proud to have been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standard under the National Quality Framework. This means that we go above and beyond the requirements of the NQS in at least four of the seven quality areas, ensuring the highest quality of education and care for your child.
Research has shown that quality early education and care have long-term benefits for a child's health, education, and employment outcomes. With this in mind, we are dedicated to providing your child with quality experiences that support their growth and development.
At Noriter, we prioritize the safety, respect, and well-being of every child. Our educators are genuine and warm in their interactions, providing a calm and nurturing environment where children can develop a sense of belonging. We focus on building relationships and empowering children to have a voice in their own learning.
One of our key focuses is promoting cultural and linguistic diversity. Through our language immersion program, children have the opportunity to learn and engage with different languages and cultures, creating a truly multicultural environment. We support each family's needs in maintaining their heritage language and celebrate the beauty of diversity.
Nutrition is also a priority at Noriter. Our menus are planned according to healthy eating guidelines and approved by Nutrition Australia. We believe that good nutrition is essential for our children's healthy brains and overall well-being. Additionally, we are an allergy-aware center that caters to the specific needs of children with allergies, religious beliefs, and lifestyles.
We value and celebrate the rich diversity of culture, language, abilities, and experiences within our community. We encourage families, children, and educators to share their cultural heritage, beliefs, and traditions, which are reflected throughout our curriculum. We foster an inclusive culture that teaches children to respect and welcome others, regardless of their differences.
Nature plays a vital role in our program, as it offers infinite ways to support children's cognitive, physical, and emotional development. Our natural environment and carefully chosen resources encourage children to explore, imagine, investigate, and take risks. We embrace sustainability and teach children to appreciate and care for the environment.
Community engagement is integral to our program, as it allows children to feel connected and actively contribute to their expanding world. Through partnerships with various community services, we provide opportunities for children to embrace new experiences and gain a better understanding of the community in which they live.
Kindness, compassion, and empathy are highly valued in our Noriter community. We actively give back to those less fortunate through fundraising events for organizations such as the Cancer Council, Pyjama Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation, and Rural Aid Australia.
Our purpose-built center, designed by an architect, ensures a beautiful, comfortable, secure, and functional environment for each child. We offer educational and developmental experiences for children aged six weeks to five years, providing them with a strong foundation for their future.
Join us at Noriter Bilingual Early Learning and give your child the best chance to meet their fullest potential in their early years.

"Both my children went to this childcare and they have positive and memorable experiences in Noriter. I praise the admin and staff for their concern for the kids and dedication to their craft."
"I sent both of my children there for the past three years and it’s the most amazing place I could have ever hoped to have sent my children. I trust Rachael and her team with my kids as they look after them as if they are their own children. The staff are fantastic, really caring, knowledgeable and always communicate important things we need to know. The facilities are clean, modern and thoughtfully designed to include a nice open and natural environment outside. When the weather is good, the kids also would do safe and supervised walking excursions to local parks and reserves. I really have nothing but praise for the staff at Noriter, they have done a wonderful job helping teach and nurture my children."
"My sons is so happy here. He has lots of good friends , he said the teachers are his friends too. The teachers here are so creative and they created lots of innovative experiments for kids to touch and feel . My son almost couldn’t speak any English when he was just attended. Flora gave more attention to him and speak Chinese to him and introduce other kids who can speak Chinese to my son which made him feel safe and comfortable. This environment makes him learn English very fast. it is our lucky to get to know this Child Care. Thanks everyone here!"
"My son was in this place for a long period of time. The owner Mrs. Rachael Forday is a wonderful person who is dedicated to work, providing everything that serves the children, developing their personalities and their scientific and practical knowledge. The center has great, and very friendly staff. The children will practically feel as family . This is what I think is the reason for the success of this place. Overall, I highly recommend this childcare for any family looking for education development, safety, fun for their child"
