Keep on asking for more & more information without no result & no follow-ups ! They only know to collect payments & not pay for claims! If you can afford a Barrister strongly suggest you hire one , otherwise this so called insurance will hold you up for few years .."
"I had a truck hit me hit and spin me on the West Gate Bridge in January 2021, l have a lawyer working on my behalf and she has advised the file handler has been unresponsive to her calls for the past month and a half. Its been almost three months since accident and besides dealing with injuries and healing not to mention mental stress from the accident l also have to deal with no car and no response from this Insurance company. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, from here on in l will be telling anyone and everyone about this and company NTI and how they add more unnecessary stress on accident victims."
