Reviews
"Food was great. However service was slow and painful. They looked understaffed and our table was not cleared when we were seated. Had to ask staff to clear and wipe it down as they forgot to come back to us. Had to get their attention to place our order also. Food took a while to come out but thankfully it was good. We had the vegetarian curry bowl, pan fried prawn gyoza and katsu chicken Bento box. The miso soup wasn't great tho. I have had better."
"The food was good, although the karaage was fattier than I usually have. I was made to pay upon ordering, then after finishing, I couldn't get the waiter, for more. It later turned out from his breath that he'd been on a smoke break. I had to order through the QR code that was stuck to the table with gross sticky tape, then type credit card details and go through all the anti-patterns of the ordering website. I hate doing this - it's the whole reason I came to a restaurant that seemed like it would have table service."
"The AKAONI Spicy Ramen is good but please put some choices on the menu like spicy level 1 to 5. It’s to spicy i hope they gonna solve. Peace!"
"I’m sorry but I didn’t enjoy the food at all. Got the shoyu ramen, the broccolini was cold, the tofu puff was tough, noodle was over cooked, the soup base was too simple and lack of depth. The pork gyoza was burnt and very salty. Ramen danbo and taro ramen are much much better in quality."
"We tried the tofu bento box, with miso. And the vegan bento box. Nicely marinated tofu with a rich, sweet soy sauce, pickled daikon, veggie croquet, gyoza dumplings and steamed rice. The miso soup was superb. Both good dishes. We'll try the ramen next time."
