"Ask for the price before you do something - especially backpackers!! I needed a car service and he just doubled the price and he told me that I have to fix some things that weren’t really necessary. I mean there was a problem but it wasn’t so necessary as he told me. That’s the reason why I give him 2 stars."

"After my engine light came on, I decided to take it to Manny at European Auto for a diagnostic. It turned out that there was a broken part from a previous service at another mechanic. Manny was very friendly and helpful - even taking me through the whole engine and explaining every piece of equipment. Would highly recommend him for any job as it's clear he's incredibly passionate about his craft!"

"We are so thankful to have found Manny at European Automotive Repairs on Google. After having a minor collision in my Volkswagen Golf, my car had not been driving the same (even after the crash repair and a different mechanic looking over it, twice)! They could not diagnose the issue and sent us away saying it was normal - even though the car was making noises, juddering and blowing out black smoke like the Puffing Billy. We felt so helpless and had no answers even after spending considerable money on the car trying to fix it. We were starting to think the car was a lost cause before we discovered Manny on google. He diagnosed the problem the day he looked at it and called us to explain the issues in ways we could understand. He kept us in the loop and when we collected the car he took us out the back to show us the damaged parts he had taken out and explained the cause and effect of those damaged parts, which made sense and linked back to the accident. The car is now driving exactly how it was prior to the accident and I am so happy and thankful to Manny for his service. He clearly takes pride in his work and finding and fixing the issue. All at a reasonable price too. Very happy with our experience!"
