"Brilliant service. We needed a turn around in the day RWC and they made it happen! Super professional team with detailed communication made this happen- shout out that they also were able to wash the car too, only positive review from us! Highly recommend Cox Auto !"
"I paid $198 for them to diagnose a problem because errors were coming up and the car would jerk and go into limp mode. After diagnosis they told me it will cost $1600 to replace 2 solenoids in the valve bank and that will fix the problem. It didn't fix the problem. The car went into limp 10 min after driving it out of their workshop. I asked for the old solenoids back because it would be easy check if those solenoids were a problem in the first place. Eddie refuse to get them for me. I took it back and they told me its other issues that will cost me another $1900 to fix. I decided to get someone else to have a look at it. But when I picked the car up that 2nd time, it was so much worse than when I dropped it off. Now it was coming up with new codes on the scanner that haven't come up before. I pulled over, and after inspecting the spark plug coils (one of the things they wanted to change for $1900) I noticed one was snapped (refer photo) and wasn't even plugged in properly. Letting a car go out like that is down right irresponsible and dangerous! It would have been sparking all over the engine! In my experience, if Eddie gives you a free coffee mug... than they have taken more then your car for a ride."
"Be cautious of the high prices charged and the quality of the parts used at this workshop. I had used their services for some time, and unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the parts they installed in my car. The sway bar link they replaced was of very low quality. Despite being adjustable and less than a year old, the rubber joints were already bursting without proper lubrication, resulting in a lot of noise. The radiator inspection and replacement of hoses were even worse. They used a worm clamp to secure a hose to a plastic part, which is not suitable for high temperatures fluctuations. Over time, the extreme heat and cooling of the radiator caused the plastic to become fatigued, resulting in cracks around the tube where the hose fits. This could have been avoided if they had used spring clamps designed to expand in heat. Now, I am left with no choice but to install a new radiator with spring clamps. Therefore, I advise you to exercise caution when it comes to using parts provided by this workshop. It's important to be aware of the quality and suitability of the parts they use in your vehicle."
"Probably the best experience I have had getting my car serviced. Cox Auto as a whole was fantastic at ensuring all aspects of my car were taken care of and attended to from general maintenance to cleaning both inside and outside the car. Daniel in particular was super friendly and explained everything to me excellently. I felt very comfortable asking questions regarding the servicing and Daniel ensured that I understood everything.
