"Booked through the Accor app. Said there was parking available. When we arrived they said it was an extra 50 dollars a day. Rooms very nice. Great inner city location. Long wait at the lifts as only one was working."

"This was definitely not value for money. For the price paid the service was unacceptable. We arrived at 2am in the morning with my elderly mother, not one staff member helped with our bags either out of our car or up to our room! When we entered our room the tea/coffee facilities had not been cleaned from the previous guest nor refilled. When dining at the restaurant the waitress wrote down our order incorrectly, they came out with octopus instead of gnocchi and asked me if I'd be happy to eat the octopus instead. I declined, then my mother and I dined at completely different times, with not so much as an apology. Before arriving our flight from Indonesia was delayed on the tarmac so I got on the "live chat" on the hotels direct website to advise them. The live chat worker told me she couldn't inform the front desk of my late arrival and instead I would need to call the hotel....how ridiculous. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We moved after three nights to a similarly located hotel for almost half the price and had one of the best hotels stay ever. Don't waste your money here, it is 3 star at best!"

"My room had water damage from the bathroom, the room and pillows smelt like dust and wasn’t good for sleeping. I actually booked my last night into another hotel as I didn’t want to return. The staff were super friendly and the hotels only asset apart from the location. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel after you get past the lobby and is in desperate need of a Reno."

"Disappointed in hotel, stayed 3 nights. Second night had no hot water in room, informed hotel reception and on return to room that evening still had no hot water. Got moved to another room and on entry to that room had immediate foul smell of rotting wet carpet. Rung reception from the room phone who then sent up key to new room. New room was great until we realized it had no toilet paper and on opening fridge drinks from previous occupants were still in there. Makes me wonder how clean was the room?? Attempted to ring both housekeeping and reception from Room phone, however got hung up on multiple times. For the price I paid on staying in this hotel, I expected more."

"While the check-in process wasn’t the fastest this hotel won me over in almost every other aspect and I’d certainly stay here again. Location wise it was perfect, being just a few minutes walk from the train station and right on the central square. The lobby area is nice and spacious while feeling modern, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. My third floor room was very large despite being a standard category - it would easily be comfortable for an extended stay. There was a nice view over the church opposite but it was a shame that the door didn’t open onto the balcony. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was large and comfortable. Plenty of storage, a large desk and plugs on the floor next to the bed made it a practical room too. The bathroom was equally as spacious as the main bedroom area but unfortunately didn’t feel as modern, but at least everywhere was clean. The shower was over the bath and there was lots of storage space around the sink. Despite the central location there was no noise at all from outside nor adjacent rooms, although I was located at the end of the corridor. The concierge team was particularly memorable, being super friendly and proactive at offering help. There’s a great roof top bar which I’ve left a separate review of and overall it was a very pleasant stay; certainly recommended by me!"
