"Great location and retro styling let down by poor breakfast and thin walls. Rooms nice and big comfortable bed, liked the large showerhead in the bathroom. The rooms are let down by the cheap laminate flooring and the lightweight partition walls. You can certainly hear your neighbours. The breakfast room is tiny and low quality, stale bread, awful coffee machine and not worth $35"
"We are members of the Grace website. It means nothing for service. One stay we pay $385 inclusive of breakfast for a Deluxe Twin Double room. The next booking they want to charge $465 for the same room and no breakfast? After talking to a person on the phone they agreed to $411 inclusive of a breakfast $30 discount breakfast for 2. After being disappointed with a breakfast of limit fare, with tepid hot water for tea making, no eggs to order or expresso coffee, they tried to say it was $30 per person! Very poor administration at The Grace, a fine establishment going downhill."
"A great hotel overall and in the perfect location. The entire staff is very friendly. The concierges are always ready to answer any questions, provide the best recommendations, and assist in any way they can. The room was very comfortable with enough room for all our luggage and the housekeeping staff was always very attentive. This will always be our hotel in Sydney!"
