"This place has so much promise. I had the pleasure of communicating with Sammy (She's an assistant manager) who was courteous, professional and proficient. This is everything you expect from a high end hotel. However, the rooms were dated and some staff were not 5 star. The location of this establishment is amazing. It's minutes from all the sydney sights. I hope to go back when certain upgrades have been made to the building and front of house. If everyone acted like Sammy and certain improvements were made then this place would really be special. Thank you Sammy for your diligent work ethic."
"My wife and I spent a relaxing weekend at the Pullman Quay Grand where we enjoyed fantastic harbour and spectacular Vivid lights. The hotel is centrally located with short easy strolls to restaurants, Opera House and Botanical Gardens. Special thanks to Omi at reception who warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was perfect. We can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour."
"Location is actually 9 stars, would be 10 if you could see the Opera House as well. Great hotel to sit on the balcony and watch the world go past. The staff were friendly. The interior is a little dated, especially the bathroom but the kitchen is excellent with a good sized fridge, dishwasher and oven. We stayed when the Cahill expressway was closed for a festival so we got live music as well. One of my favourite hotels."
"Fantastic location, rooms are very well laid out, but surprisingly dated. Lots of wood and wood trimmings that I think are trying to display elegance but miss the mark. Very comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and service is very good."
"Nice place to stay. Amazing views. if you want to stay right on the harbour this is the place. Just make sure to ask for harbour side :)"
